Mediterranean Cuisine
This salad starts with a spicy paste blend called Harissa. Popular accomplaniment for many North African dishes. Fresh mint, coriander, cumin, ground caraways, lots of garlic, and dried red chillies.
More Spring Mix Salads
Fresh from the garden, Arugula, Spinach, Frisee, Miznna, Red mustard greens, Radicchio, Mache and Mesclun. I also throw in fresh Cilantro or Dill.
Sliced Henry & David Pears with blue cheese is a satisfying combination to the palate!
For a new taste sensation, I toss fresh marinated Beets, Feta crumbles and sliced Grapefruit! Amazing flavor as well as pleasing to the eye.
Tossed with my homemade vinaigrette!

Spring Harvest~Mirin Cucumber Salad with Citrus Trout
The weather has graced us with an early spring. I picked Arugla, and spinach from the garden today!
