SALAD DAYS

In the heat of the summer, there is nothing like a cool salad to Satisfy and Refresh our bodies. Light, Simple, Nutritious and YUMMY!


Vietnamese BUN Bowl. Spiced pork, Bean Sprouts, Lettuce, Cucumber, Carrot, Onion,
Thai basil, Noodles and splash of fresh Lime. 




Napa Cabbage Salad, This is a salad you can't get enough of.....Farmers Market Veggies, Roasted Sesame oil and Rice Vinegar, with honey roasted almonds. Need I say more? Oh, served with Seared Black Pepper Crusted Ahi Tuna.

Tzatziki, is a Greek sauce made of Greek Yogurt, Cucumber, garlic, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, basil, dill & Greek oregano. OPA!


 Light and Easy Dinner Option:
Mediterranean Basmati Rice Salad. 
Roasted Carrot, Red Onion, Red Peper & Coconut Tossed in 
freshly made Arugula Pesto.
