Lunch Option

Uncured Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato. Skip the Bread! Skip the Mayo!
This is so REFRESHING and has added crunch with Zucchini rounds, Sunflower Sprouts and a dollop of TZATZIKI! 
Tzatziki, is a Greek sauce made of Greek Yogurt, Cucumber, garlic, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, basil, dill & Greek oregano. OPA!


 Light and Easy Dinner Option:
Mediterranean Basmati Rice Salad. 
Roasted Carrot, Red Onion, Red Peper & Coconut Tossed in 
freshly made Arugula Pesto.


Peppered Beef On a bed of Spring Greens

Serve with a Healthy Glass of Pinot Noir!
